no-nonsense muscle buildingIf you are serious about gaining weight and muscle quickly, then No-Nonsense Muscle Building by Vince Delmonte is my #1 recommendation.  This guide is specifically designed for the skinny person, or the hardgainer.  For anyone who does not yet know Vince use to be a skinny guy himself.  He weighed something like 150 lbs, he was a long distance runner.  He desperately wanted to gain weight so he took a lot of classes in kinesology and nutrition.  He basically designed a workout program just to address his needs.  It worked really well for him, I mean really well, he went on to be a Canadian fitness model champion.  Then he thought if it worked so well for him, why would it not work well for other hardgainers?  Lo and behold it has worked out well over and over again for a great many of people.

Just like any other quality workout program training and workout elements are covered in detail.  What sets this program apart from other workout programs is that it designed for people with fast metabolisms.  The simple truth is that if you are going to get bigger, you are going to have to eat bigger.  Vince does not claim that this is going to be easy, but he does explain in detail how to address the problems, and his advice and instruction really do help.

One of the things that I absolutely loved about this program is that Vince is not a big fan of supplements, with the exception of very few.  I have purchased other programs that were basically going to cost me a small fortune with all of the supplements that they wanted me to take.  Too this day I suspect some of those programs are put out by pharmaceutical companies.  I know right now I sound real naive, but it was a huge let down when it happened to me and I just wanted you to know this program is not like that.  Vince does understand how important it is to eat whole foods, while he does recommend a few select supplements, the program is not built around them and you will not suffer from a lack of supplements, their more for efficiency of time than anything else.

In conclusion if you really want to gain weight and put on some muscle this is really the best program out there.  Vince does grab you by the hand and will pull you up that mountain (sometimes kicking and screaming), and he holds nothing back.  Some programs give a broad idea and then leave it to your imagination to fill in the blanks.  Vince answers all the questions in detail.  It is obvious that he really does enjoy teaching people how to gain weight and muscle in the shortest time possible.

ADVANTAGES
This is an incredibly program developed by a hardgainer for hardgainers.  He knows exactly what it takes to get it done.  Vince breaks it down into a 29 week workout plan for beginner to intermediate and an 84 day healthy meal plan.  He does a good job of eliminating any excuse to not eat that you may have.  This really is a step by step system for gaining weight and building muscle with a 24/7 support.  Another excellent aspect of the system is access to the private forum, just about every question has been asked and answered for just about everything you could imagine.  I promise you if you have a question 99% of the time so does at least 20 other people.

DISADVANTAGES

I certainly do appreciate that Vince wants to tell you everything step by step and not leave you alone in the woods all by yourself, however it is a lot of  information.  Roughly a 200 page manual.  Again I really do appreciate that there is nothing left to the imagination it truly is step by step instructions.
